TGW 50 years

For the 50th anniversary, we created a show on the subject of robotics and logistics for the TGW group.

Background

TGW founder Ludwig Szinicz converted his company into a foundation company in 2004 and associated it with a clear mission: “Due to the purpose of the foundation, TGW is not a purely economic community of convenience, but a meaning-oriented community of values that enables human and professional growth and entrepreneurial success.”

At the intralogistics specialist TGW, the focus is on people and their development.

The consistent implementation of this value-based corporate culture is a form of securing the future and an expression of exemplary entrepreneurship.

I was part of the artistic ensemble and co-responsible for the realization of this unique production to celebrate TGW’s 50th anniversary.

The task

A strong vision

a safe future

In addition to the technical conception, my task in the production was, in cooperation with the artistic director Beda Percht, the staging of the technical aspects of the artistic acts and the implementation as a live director during the event.

The unique challenge was to give the philosophy of the late company founder special weight throughout the entire event.

Realization

50 years of Logistics

The event was structured around the core business of robotics and logistics as well as the company founder’s central message to his workforce.

The special challenge of the room situation was met by constructing special LED cubes, which were simultaneously presented as an eye-catcher and stage set.

In addition to elaborately designed visuals, an ensemble of dancers, acrobats and singers was part of the production.

Results

MOMENTS that count & impressions that last.

The event was a complete success for the customer. The mission of connecting the company’s people with the founder’s philosophy of values was a success.

Regardless of the fact that the workforce is well acquainted with the company’s values and mission, experiencing these values together in the form of artistically staged content creates the long-term basis for a solid community.
